The model  /  No mystery

How a Purple Frog engagement actually works.

No 47-page onboarding deck. No "discovery sprint" that takes six weeks before anything ships. Here's the actual play, week by week. Including what we charge, what we don't do, and how to fire us if it isn't working.

The first 90 days

Days zero to ninety.

Most agencies will tell you "the first 30 days are about discovery." That's a stall. Here's what actually happens in our first 30, 60, and 90 days — every engagement, no exceptions.

01

Week 1 — Audit + access

We get read access to your Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GSC, and CRM. We review the last 90 days of data, run the same Free Score we offer publicly, and produce a 5-page diagnostic that tells you exactly where the leaks are. You see the diagnostic before you sign anything past month one.

02

Week 2 — First ships

We don't wait until "everything's mapped" to ship. By end of week 2, you'll see real changes: paused-budget reallocations, three to five fixed pages for AEO, the first new ad creative pushed live. You should feel the engine running before month one closes.

03

Weeks 3–4 — Foundation

Conversion tracking gets rebuilt if it needs to be (it usually does). Schema markup gets added to priority pages. Cold-traffic audiences get rebuilt. We also write a 90-day playbook — yours to keep — that covers what we'll be testing each week.

04

Days 30–60 — Compounding

Now we're optimizing rather than fixing. Weekly experiments. Negative keyword reviews. Asset rotation. AEO mention tracking. You start seeing month-over-month lift, and we surface what's working and what isn't in the Monday update.

05

Days 60–90 — Strategic review

End of month 3, the senior strategist sits down with you for a 90-minute review. If we're not delivering, we say so first. We tell you what to keep, what to cut, and whether to scale. This is where most agencies start coasting. We make it the most rigorous review of the year.

The cadence

Boring weekly updates. Forever.

The single biggest predictor of whether an agency relationship survives past month six is whether the agency is publishing a Monday morning update — even when the news is dull. Here's our standing rhythm.

Monday
Weekly written update — five bullets, what shipped last week, what's testing this week, what we're worried about. Sent before 11 AM ET. Never missed.
Wednesday
Mid-week optimization sweep — bid adjustments, search query mining, creative rotation, AEO citation check. Internal — you don't see this unless something material happens.
Friday
Weekend prep — campaign budgets verified, weekend pacing set, on-call protocol active. We don't run scared on Saturdays.
Monthly
Strategy review (60 min) — led by your senior strategist, not handed to a junior. The same person who sold you is on every call. If they aren't, fire us.
Quarterly
Honest review (90 min) — what we got wrong, where we're underperforming, what to change. This is the call most agencies skip. We make it mandatory.
Pricing  /  What it costs

Transparent pricing.

No "let's get on a call to discuss budget." Here's what an engagement actually costs, with the same offer ladder we use publicly.

Free AI Marketing Score

$0 · 5 minutes

Run our public diagnostic at /free-score. You get an AI maturity score, competitor analysis, and a 90-day playbook outline. No credit card. No call required.

Most businesses can DIY from this output. Some hire us. Both are fine.

Unlock — Full Report

$99 · One-time

Same data as the free version, plus prescriptive copy: actual ad headlines, AEO-rewritten page sections, and the prompt structure to test in ChatGPT/Perplexity. Resell rights included for one business.

Self-serve playbook. Genuinely useful. Many businesses run it themselves.

Managed Engagement

$5K–$10K / mo

Fully managed: weekly optimization, monthly strategy reviews, all three services (Get Found, Get Leads, Get Content) running together. Month-to-month — no annual lock-in.

For businesses with $5K+/mo ad spend and revenue per customer above $1K. Below that, the math doesn't work. We'll tell you straight.

Anti-scope

What we don't do.

Most agencies will say yes to anything to win the deal, then scramble. Here's what we explicitly don't take on. If you need these things, we'll refer you to people who do them well.

WordPress development

We don't build sites. We optimize them, write for them, and make them rank — but if you need a new site built, you need a Webflow/Framer specialist or a Wordpress developer.

Influencer campaigns

Influencer outreach is a different muscle than performance marketing. We respect it. We don't run it. There are agencies who specialize in this.

PR & press relations

We can support digital PR for AEO mention-building, but if you need a true press strategy with embargoes and journalist relationships, hire a PR firm.

Chatbot or app development

That's our sister brand Dyntyx's lane. They build internal AI ops — chatbots, automations, custom apps. Different beast.

Anything below $5K/mo

The math doesn't work for either side. Below that spend tier, you're better off with our $99 self-serve playbook and a freelancer for execution.

Industries outside our six

We're specialists in legal, finance, B2B SaaS, healthcare/fertility, premium e-commerce, and independent insurance. We turn down fits outside these. The expertise compounds. Generalist agencies don't have that.

The exit

How to fire us.

Most agency contracts make this hard. Ours doesn't. The fact that you can leave any month is exactly why we work hard every week.

The contract

  • Month-to-month. No 12-month commitments. No 6-month minimums.
  • 30-day notice. Email is fine. No exit interviews unless you want one.
  • You keep everything. All ad accounts, all creative, all reports. We hand off cleanly.
  • If month four feels worse than month one, fire us. We'll refund the last month if you're walking because we underperformed.
The promise

"If month four doesn't feel as sharp as month one, fire us. And we'll refund the last month."
